My dad and I went to the premier of Act of Valor. He was on River Patrol Boats in Vietnam. He was awarded two Purple Hearts and Bronze Star with Valor. I have never seen my dad white knuckle his way through a movie before. He loved it. He had so much to share with me after. I will never forget that. Amazing movie.

From what i know from a friend who has done the NZSAS sellection, the training they are required to do is first class, most applicants are also experienced NCO's. To do sellection you are [i think] required to do a minimum of 3-4years service before applying. Ive heard from American personel that NZSAS are highly regarded, as are the other SAS teams around the world.

@dito2942 @AwsomTom100 Marines use "oorah" and it was originally "ooh-rah" untill they shortened it, "hooyah" is used by navy seals. "oorah" is also used by many different areas from russians to candain police

@TheNavySEALS87 I do. I know 2 Navy SEALs and a Ranger. One of the SEALs told me if I was serious, I should be running and lifting everyday, and gave me a workout regiment. I already did workouts for sports, so I just did the one he gave me instead.
