Elf has a special place in my heart. The night before Christmas not long after it came out, they played it on tv. I was laying in bed with my mom (we were staying at my grandparent's house) and it came in. I got super excited as I'd been dying to see it. My mom secretly was all happy because I start begging her to get it on DVD and little did I know, she already had.

Will is far more softly spoken, regular and humble (not the typical Hollywood type) than I expected him to be...which I found kinda surprising. It’s June 2024 but I don’t care! When it’s summertime, the holidays aren’t too far away. I admit from someone who was 10 when Elf came out, Will’s manchild characterization as Buddy maybe over the top at times. But it’s the messages of finding where you belong and the spirit of Christmas that makes Elf not too shabby of a holiday movie. I’m 31 now and Elf made me a fan of Will!
