Can we have something like tws earbud case . A dock attachment for helmet with battery which can be sold separately . So that an intercom can have an additional battery backup for maybe 4-5hrs.

Dont ditch the idea completely, it can be revisited in the future. Its very promising. Airbag jackets are another realm of possibility. I live in europe, they are everywhere.

Sir a small design change comes to my mind for the AC, flattening the big box will help and channeling pipes which are not round but flat ones going into the helmet from various sides, just like a cooling channel on s23 ultra type of piping, very flat design, the system should be placed into a cradle at the back of the helmet just like the intercom device, or on the top of helmet in a very aero dyamic design to keep the drag coefficent in tack. I would love to buy such a design, as a consumer my biggest challeng is sweaty face on a hot summer day with number glasses. BEST OF LUCK!!!

My suggestion to BluArmor. Design next iteration with wireless earpiece and waterproof remote intercom system. Which can be mounted on bike or wearable solution. Which is easier to switch helmets and riding gear.

just a snippet of what PK said,, in 2022 i got a S20x or around 10k(with bank discount etc etc) same year i went for RERM ( and i saw the intercom thingy which as priced at around 17k! ,, 2024 recent 2 months back i got a c30 ,there were some lags ,, but got it for around 11k something.. today as i am posting without thinking i just traded in my s20x .. and thats it! i was intending to buy the blusnap but dropped the idea... good idea..but i am sure PK And the entire crew will make it work! moral of the story RE IS RIPOFF! :p ALSO TO PK PLEASE REMEMBER ! QUALITY OVER QUANTITY !

in terms of c30 we have seen that products purchased from site is of excellent quality but from distributer end is very buggy. Secondly only buy from the first lot.

We don't differentiate product quality across the different channels. That said, I hear your input and we will see how to further improve our processes so we don't see any variation in quality from lot to lot.

Wanted to see how the product help record the group voice in one camera , how the voice quality ? Is it like pilot kind of voice or proper good quality voice being recorded .

At this time, we don’t allow the group’s voice to be recorded. The current feature support on action camera allows you to use the C50Pro’s mic to record your voice to go with your video. The voice quality will be similar to what you would get on the intercom as it uses the same wind-noise suppression engine.

With cooling, we were not able to hit the right price-to-performance sweet-spot for it to be scalable as a business. I am sure you can appreciate how hard it must have been for us to let go of something that we pursued with a lot of passion for several years :)

bhai mere hisab se i know its a fantastic product( i just traded in my S20x) i got the c30 right before my spiti ride around two months ago to sense nahi banta ki main usko trade in karu, But a wonderful product.. i mean just imagine the level on brain storming and little details that has gone to making in this product its just amazing,. Finally a brand who thinks about their consumer thank you pk .aditya ,rahul !!and the entire team! lekin please c30 discontiune mat karne (cause i just bought it) and i wish that bluarmour provides continuos OTA upgrade for c30 as well.. cause it will be very unfair for people like me who just purchsed the c30 before couple of months!!

Not really nice Bulu Bhai, as a group of 6 riders we purchased 6 devices. We have multiple issues. 1. When we opened the sealed packs, 4 of them were damaged. Had to replace them, thankfully they did that. 2. When we mounted it on our helmets and did our first ride with BluArmor comms, the mic had stopped working. We did this ride after a month of installation. 3. The quality of C30 is bad; feels like the plastic toys you get at Balijatra which are good for one evening. 4. Buttons on the C30 are difficult to press with gloves on.

We have reached out to support for issue #2 (this is of a friend's device, I'll cross check with him again). It's just that it is a bit frustrating when things which we invest quite a bit of money on fall flat when we need them.
