You sir have my undying admiration, I build for pleasure & pay & although I make a number of "True" custom parts fabrication is my weak spot, I said I don't possess any tools specifically for fabrication & after seeing you neither am I going to, I'm in no rush to embarrass myself, fortunately for me I know a man that can. I am 55 years old and have heard the word "MASTER" many times in regards to many vocations, a few were true...I would not hesitate to use your work to measure those few. Absolutely astonished! i just love these people who still hold the old techniks alive. because we are wondering the wrong path these days by teaching the next generation only hitech methods with machines. back in my days we started with a block of metal some chalk a file and make a perfect square out of it.

that's exactly what i learned in my apprenticeship, but i think a mixture of both is very good. I also use a lot of CAD and CNC machines, but I find that they are helpers and do not replace craftsmanship.
