Hello, when you are annealing the aluminium sheet before hammering the rough shape, how long do I anneal the sheet for? or do I do it until a colour change? Thanks Wylie

Can't help thinking that a short piece of solid bar, and 5 min with a milling machine - then welding on tubes each side would be about 60% quicker. Does KRTF have a milling machine?. Also hope he has a "deburring tool" for the outside and backside of drilled holes, as after watching a few videos, never seen one, and it would def be useful.

If I was going through this much trouble and precision, I would go ahead and seal it all up and pressureize it and use the frame for gas storage.

Ok you've taken what used to be simple cut and weld to fit and turned it into precision craftsmanship. Im not sure its a good thing, but your definitely an artist.

Amazing work. Old enough and wise enough now to wish I could've learnt all this - result of a misspent youth. Even at 54 though, I'd seriously consider an unpaid job at your place to learn those skills!
