Such a great topic and wonderful suggestions! I love that you pointed out that we should not beat ourselves up if we feel behind. I know for me I sometimes feel ashamed but I’m trying to let that go and just jump in as you suggested. I found that something that helped me recently was to open the course and click through each module and write down on paper the approximate time for each video, add some guesses for any activities and then I was able to see how easily I could break things down and map out a schedule. I think it’s the act of writing it out that helps me own the plan if that makes sense. I haven’t done this for your course yet, but I’m going to! 😊
