Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started traveling full-time January 10, 2016. While daily vlogging was not the original plan, we were having way too many cool experiences not to share every single day! Now travel vlogging is our full-time gig and we feel like we have the greatest job in the world! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)
We’ve pulled inspiration from several of our favorite travel vloggers on KZbin, such as: +CaseyNeistat +FunForLouis +Jon Olsson +Mr Ben Brown , and any other talented travel vloggers that KZbin’s algorithm will hopefully connect us with ;)

Did you know, the darker the yoke the better health of the chicken? Meaning it was fed nutritious feed. Those are some well fed ladies to give that orange/red of yolk.

That is a myth. It just depends on the type of feed. Lighter yolks are equally nutritious.

I have a greater appreciation for restaurant quality Italian food. When i was a teenager growing up in the Bronx my father and i would often go to Arthur Avenue to buy fresh pasta and it was always always always soooooo much better than the boxed up stuff from the supermarket. As an adult when i have the time I have made my own spaghetti sauce from scratch. I recommend that even people who think that they cant do this try it. It's really not that hard. I recommend that you find a basic recipe somewhere and over time tailor it to your own tastes. I like to use different kinds of fresh tomatoes plus tomato paste mixed with super fresh herbs. I especially like to add lots of basil and oregano , garlic and crushed red pepper. I forego cheese and salt. Sometimes. Ill throw in some diced green peppers, or diced button mushrooms, onions and finish with a splash of EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil. Here's my last secret tip .....ready ?.....it always winds up tasting better if you cook with music by Puccini or Verdi playing in your kitchen.

Way to go, Kara, for wanting to help with the making the pasta everyone was going to eat! Even if she thinks she isn’t a good cook (and Nate for some reason puts her down in front of other people while she does it..), at least she has fun doing it and just goes with it! I loved watching this so much!
