When I saw the thumbnail, I was definitely curious how the play on pasta would be with those ingredients. If I had to combine coffee and mayonnaise, it would probably go into a dessert of sorts; so the thought of pasta to combine these two ingredients really piqued my interest, that’s for sure! These ingredients immediately reminded me of an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives where someone made a red-eye gravy mayo for a burrito.
