@@beverlyobrien7954 I use the really cheap ones from Kingsley North. I buy them 100 at a time to save some money. Some wear out before the first hole and the best ones might drill a dozen holes. Michigan Rocks not quite yet. Some “rocks in a box” episodes to go through and earlier videos I haven’t watched yet. But definitely getting close. I’ll probably rewatch some of the how to videos about tumbling - I have 3 tumblers running right now (the qt-66 arrived and I got both 6 lb and 12 lb barrels). The making pendants videos are giving me ideas about what to do with some of these stones as well. 🤓

@@virginiarocks Good luck with the tumbler. Next purchase should be a Lot-O if you're really into this. It saves on both grit and time. I love that machine.

Michigan Rocks you read my mind. I bookmarked a page already and will set some money aside for that. Where do you buy grit? I got some from Polly Plastics. And I have been very impressed with the results you get from that tumbler.

@@virginiarocks I buy most of my tumbling supplies, including grit from The Rock Shed. therockshed.com. I buy my 46/70 grit from Kingsley North 45 lbs. at a time because it's cheaper. kingsleynorth.com

It's a very personal way to use your skills to please your life partner. Oh, the things we do for our loved ones, that we won't do for any other reason. You finally got a roundtoit!

The funny thing is that she wore a lot of jewelry I made for her to work. She's a teacher. She had only worn a few of these to school when school was closed in March. This year she has a job working from home with the online students and she never wears necklaces anymore. Maybe I should have gotten a round tuit earlier.
