MAKING PIZZA TACOS FOR OUR FAMILY OF 14

*Hi! I made this recipe but I used a Blackstone Stainless Steel Taco Rack Holder I got from Walmart and I let the mini pizzas* (I chose combination) *defrost enough to fold into the slots and put them in the oven with a toothpick holding them apart so they don’t fold together while cooking . And then I browned Italian ground beef mixed with half a cup of pizza sauce mixed in. Once the pizzas are a third of the way cooked I put mozzarella cheese in them and then spoon the meat mixture on top of the cheese and then top with mozzarella and pepperoni and place it back in the oven until the cheese is melted. My family loves to top them with Parmesan and crushed red peppers and they are Delicious!!!*

Hi Alicia. Glad you purchased All-Clad. The care is fairly simple: 1) the reason you don’t want to use a spray is because most have an alcohol in them that leaves a residue on stainless steel that will not come off. You can use an oil that pours - canola, olive, avocado, etc. 2) let your pan cool before cleaning. You can use a non-scratch sponge and Dawn (Dawn cuts grease really well). 3) any type of marks/stains left behind or over time can be cleaned by simmering baking soda and water in the pan. This is a great way to get rid of the marks/stains and does not hurt your pan. 4) try not to put cold water into a stainless steel pan - it can cause the layers to separate and ruins the pan. Sorry this is lengthy, but All-clad is high end cookware and takes some care.

This is me and my sister, we rather have a more food specially during parties rather than having to tell people that there's no more food. Also, left overs can be given to family and friends for take out.

I use Barkeeper's Friend on my stainless pans to get off anything that doesn't come off with soaking and a good scrubber. Doesn't scratch the pans and takes it right off! Makes them look like new.

I have used stainless for many years. I use Brillo or sos and my 25 year old pans still look great. I hate non stick pans because they always get dinged up no matter how careful you are and they have to be replaced. Not to mention that stuff flaking off and getting in the food

Making a paste of baking soda and vinegar might help with your burnt spot on your pan. Make a paste, apply it on the area, let it sit, then wash off. It has worked for me.

A layer of shredded lettuce on tray, will help hold tacos up. Then pick up taco, add lettuce to your taco before eating.

There’s a cleaning product called Bar Keeper that you can use on stainless steel pots and pans to get rid of burn marks and boil marks. Just put some on and let it sit for a little bit and then scrub away. Works every time! Have used on All Clad products and can confirm it works on that too

Hi. A quick tip I also learned , is when your finished cooking place a small amount of water in the pan let it come to a boil and all the stuff on the bottom will come up instead of soaking or trying to scrap it off. Then a light wash and It will save your pans.

Lemon juice in the pan. Soak for a few minutes. It will wipe right out.

For stainless steel pans, they need to be completely heated before adding oil/food - this will make it nonstick. There’s a water trick you can KZbin to let you know when it’s ready. Hope this helps. I have the same set and had to learn how to use them so I didn’t destroy such an expensive set.

I remember you buying a big thing of taco seasoning. You did! Put water in your pan and heat it up with the water in it, then turn it off and let it sit. The pan will come clean easy this way. Really stained into the pan things use baking soda (as long as there’s no coating)

If you make your own taco seasoning, you can control the salt level better. There are a number of easy recipes online, and I really do like it homemade better.

i would of used plain pizza bases put some salsa on the base cook the bases bend them then put cook mince with taco seasoning and chilli beans, then finish off with cheese tomatoes and Sour cream. Or Just make a mexican Taco Pizza with Pizza bases salsa mince taco seasoning chilli beans tomatoes cheese and sour cream to finish off.
