Great stuff Sam, I picked 5 1\2 pounds of wild Damsons recently and although the prep removing the stones is similar, mine are stewing in a big bucket with some sugar, boiled water and yeast to make Damson wine............ Great to see old Allen's again, to us regulars its almost like home ........ lol N
