I made the same modification. From two resistors 1k and 470ohm. It works very well. I didn't cut the rubber bands, just rotated them. It is cool...

U can swap the runber buttons bud... But its bettwr off if u do it proper .

Nec level 3 is perfect ..i ise the same mic..u can also modify the frequency response..inside with inductor and cap

If your going to talk on your videos turn down the radio volume. The static is annoying.
