Percentage of what amount do you wish to calculate? Adding a column is not difficult. Simply put a heading to the right most available column and paste the formula. If you need help regarding formula, then let me know for which amount you wish to find the percentage

in the ribbon, click on options under pivot table tools, then click on fields, items and sets button. you'll find calculated field there.

amina akram what version of Excel are you using? I believe naming of trans is same in versions prior to 2016 as well. Try to find calculated fields option in menu or ribbon we are basically after that to insert custom calculated fields

What is the requirement? The asterisk will repeat the character that follows it to fill the column width.
