Making progress - using the right hand lane at roundabouts

The white advanced sign shows a thick right of way entrance and a continuous thick circle which goes right round to the 3rd right turn. This would normally indicate that any of the right hand lanes could be used to take the 3rd exit. However, the markings on the road do not replicate the white sign. This is the problem with councils and highway planers not following one rule. The white sign is incorrect because only one lane can be used for 3rd exit right turns.
