I'm addicted to your chops! You make it look so easy! I would love a detailed video of just choping and slicing instructions in slow motion with finger placement and all of your tips cuz I don't want to slice my fingers off trying to be as badass as you. Thank you for the amazing content!

That’s the first time I ever saw someone suggest cutting the hair end of the onion off. Having it all held together actually helps with cutting, learned in culinary school.

Anyone who’s ever had a takeout Tour of Italy from Olive Garden knew these flavors would work. The lasagna with meat sauce always mixes with the fettuccini Alfredo a little

I like when you redo the recipe to make it better! As an Italian something is off putting about mixing meat sauce with Alfredo so I would be weary too lol chicken and fish make sense for Alfredo but never thought about it with beef.

I would eat that for sure, but if I was making a casserole-style spaghetti, I would make my mom’s baked spaghetti - brown the meat, put together a liquidy sauce, boil, dump it in the pan over top of DRY spaghetti noodles, enter some cheese, and bake. So good - my personal favorite way to eat spaghetti.

This was a fun video! I had a feeling it was going to be good - it has a similar concept to my grandma's "spaghetti pie", but not the exactly. and I LOVEEEE her spaghetti pie... superior to lasagna imo. but again - just my humble opinion lol

Have you never eaten an Alfredo/meat sauce pasta mix, before???? Even Fazolli’s has a half and half dish! Although, when I make this, o use the “copycat Olive Garden” Alfredo recipe. And you can make this with any protein you want. Lobster and shrimp is a fav at my house.

Please can you remake this with your own take on it to take it to 'more seasoning' standards? I'd love to see what you would do differently. For me, I would use only fresh herbs, I'm not a fan of dried herbs. Also, I don't love Parmesan cheese, do you have any suggestions for an alternative?

Great video... if you do similar vids like this where they arent your preferred cooking techniques.. always get another person to try it so its 100% unbiased.. I believe in mind over matter, and if one automatically thinks something isn't going to taste good..id say theres a high probability they arent going to like it after trying it.. i believe thats why there are so many picky eaters in the world. I think if everyone could go in automatically thinking something is going to taste good, it would lessen the bias for that prepared food...however, there IS a ton of poorly cooked & tasteless food in the world and could ruin ones opinion of that dish, leading one to possibly never try a rendition of that dish again.. But thats a whole other convo to unpack at a later date..lol
