Why not go with offgrid power? I'm looking at Tennessee, and definitely setting up a offgrid home making it self-sufficient. Keep up the great work.

@TaltonOffroadTravel ummm.... make the camper offgrid power and run an extension cord to power the building. I mean there has to be loopholes someplace. Technically the cabin wouldn't have offgrid power, your camper would lol. Just trying to assist you in making life work. I don't know the whole circumstance. I just know I would cut some major corners and make it work. The nice part about Tennessee is they are extremely laxed on laws for doing what I wanna do. And you're aloud to collect rain water as well. Be safe and I truly hope things get better Sooner than later for you.

@@ls1jeeper maybe, I’ll look closer. Seems like that would have shown itself over the last 2 years though, it’s always done it and never changes. Goes away once it’s warm. Colder it is, the louder it is at first

Flexplate bolts to crank, cracked flexplate, or convertor to flexplate bolts. Would be my guesses.

From a TN native it's a wonderful state, but man after COVID we've become destination #1 good prices dont exist in middle TN. Good luck with your search, not sure how bad prices are in east TN.

I got 7 acres in Geneva Florida no physical address on the property which really really really complicates things, I can't even get power out there without "specifically having a electrical engineer" to submit it to the county for approval even for a simple 30amp/50amp must be electrical engineer......I called electricians they can't do it it has to be a " electrical engineer" I have spent literally the entire day on the phone trying to get it all figured out, and can't find anyone. Its a complete nightmare, so the property is for sale I'm over it. And if you want to build or have a house delivered the county wants to know how many sq ft/how many rooms/how many bathrooms etc etc etc etc............ I thought you buy a piece of land and you can do what you want........yea i was dreaming 😂

@@TaltonOffroadTravel I even called my friend who is a real estate agent and developer and he couldn't even help me.....the funny thing is there is power lines up and down the road and a huge power box right outside of the property 😂My next step is going to be to talk to the neighbors and ask how they got power to their property, don't want to get shot though lol

@@TaltonOffroadTravel It is considered agriculture land, The county told me "even for a well i would have to submit that to the county". i don't know how much power a well uses but I'm sure its tiny, my gaming laptop most likely needs more power 😂. The county "seminole" is not helping at all if you need anything. Its next to impossible to find this magically electrical engineer i have emailed companies that claim to have electrical engineers and never gotten a response back and that was years ago.....Next time i buy property "its going to have a "physical address". If it had a physical address its as simple as calling the power company to hook up power, simple easy, one and done call.

@ I’ve experienced the same thing. This county only wants to tell me what I CANNOT do. No help in the right direction. FYI a well is usually 240v and 20 amps. My predator 3750 will run mine.
