Interesting type of Rocky Road candy. It does look good!!! In the States we use nuts, marshmallows and chocolate. God bless you all Bonell family 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Our rocky roads include ice cream with marshmallows in it but I do believe I like Rachel better because it all looked good Thank you for sharing young lady you did a fabulous job. GOD BLESS YOU ALL ❤️

Ingredients usa Rocky road. Chips or baking chocolate chips, butterscotch, & white chips tiny is best whole throw them on a pan sheet with parchment in, pretzels throw them in prefer tiny or tiny straws, small marshmallow no flavor or vanilla kind. Drizzle the coin melts - additional party chocolate - usually used for chocolate fountains- chocolate, butterscotch, & white chocolate high heat tempered type drizzle over, you can add any lady fingers or mini oreo any flavored cookies Chopped. Hulled roasted Peanuts or pecans, macadamia or walnut. Mix together. You can also do variations, popcorn or different dried fruit bits. But yours is nice. If you powder sugar it and add cereal cereal mix brand into it it's then called chow chow. It's the chips - choc etc, marshmallows, pretzels, nuts blend that is always called Rocky road even in ice cream it's choc chips, nuts, marshmallows. And yes we use the worms but only in dirt cake. That's cake cups cooled down then put worms in the cake and top with icing or nothing. Kids only. They do snakes. Frogs, any garden themed.

Hi Jen, I love how your hair matched your dress. As you can tell by my username, I'm not much younger than you. I did not make rocky road for a school assignment but in year 11 we had to make honeycomb (violet crumble/crunchie style) in our chemistry class.

I make Chocolate biscuit cake its similar to Rocky road except no marshmallows but you can add cherries and raisins to it

Ive never seen rocky road made with biscuits....original rocky road is 250g milk chocolate chopped 250g dark chocolate chopped 2 tbsp Coconut oil 2 Cherry Ripe chocolate bars, chopped 200g mini marshmallows 1/2 cup chopped peanuts 1/2 cup desiccated

That looks divine! Great job, Rachel! In the USA, Rocky Road is an ice cream flavor! I think it's marshmallows and chocolate, as well. Are Scotch Fingers basically shortbread?
