Thank you from remote central Australia, it's always fun to watch how other people cook and the style of kitchen. We can't duck out to the shop, so have to make everything. Alot of people in cities here don't cook, but country people in AUS are most like Southerners in the US. your W sauce is pronounced .... WAR...SES...TUR... SHEAR I will give your recipe a go, it looked delicious. I might chuck a bit of cream in the sauce though. 🦘🦘🐪🐪🐊🐊

I was waiting for you to rinse the potatoes after you cut them, you have to keep rinsing them until the water is clear, it will take all the starch out of them.
