garlic and ginger crushed
salt
assorted spices of your choice.
beef cubes( 2)
onions chopped

rolling pin circular object to cut dough
fork
pastry brush to apply egg wash
large tray to bake

I am really discouraged;this last weekend ,my pastry was hard and the pies opened up in the oven.Perhaps I shouldn’t have added eggs.I will try gain without the eggs.

The trick is in the dough,ensure you have enough margarine or butter. Check that your dough has enough margarine or butter. Also let the dough rest for about min 15 min.
