How to prepare authentic pilau during this Christmas 🌲🎄#road to 500 subs.
Ingredients
1. good quality long grain rice/ I used pishori rice.
2. Whole pilau spice roasted and ground.
3. enough salt.
4. beef cubed and pre cooked.
5. ground pilau spice ( optional)
6. ginger and garlic crushed to a fine paste.
7. Some water (always double the water to the rice ie two cups of rice to four cups of water.
