great as always dude. if you get a chance use stainless steel screws for down pipe/gutter clips or brass or drywall screws. standard screws will rot really quick.

Have you built this in a quarry? What's the plans for stabilising those sand cliffs, especially the one close to the house? One heavy storm and you could end up with a wall down. The house looks good. I wish I'd got a trade instead of just management. Sounds like a brag, but it's not meant to. I'm not minted. Certainly couldn't afford to build my own house.

Saw on your other channel that you got married in City Hall, NYC !!!! We did exactly the same in Dec 2014, realised the day was about us and not a million and one relatives/friends Watching was just like reliving ours, even down to the photographer being our witness. We went to City Hall in a limo and rode back in a Yellow Cab in full wedding attire ❤️👍🏻 Enjoy my friend
