Be careful with that Brew Fred. You might get drunk 😜 . happy new year 🎊🥳that zero percent alcohol Guinness taste exactly the same as ordinary Guinness. The only difference is you don't get drunk 😉

Mate I've got a guinness brewing atm. Using coopers Irish stout, with brew enhancer 3 and 1kg of DME. OG grav is at 1.048 and after 7days is now 1.018. Fermented at 18c. Tastes great but way too sweet. How do i kill that sweetness?

LOL we were like that with the wine we made in lockdown. Its too easy to get carried away and then regret it in the morning. OUCH :-)
