The cookies look so beautiful. I used your recipe but omitted the anise seeds because I wasn’t sure how the cookie would look. But I noticed yours only show the seeds on the bottom. Will have to try that next. I want them to look as perfect as yours.

Hi Sandy! Thanks for watching, and trying my recipe :) As the cookies dry, the seeds become less noticable, which is why you saw them on the moist bottoms, but not on top.

Hi Victoria, I sell my cookies by weight, since they can all vary in size. $1/oz.(USD) Is standard.

Sure! It's very forgiving, and you do not activate the gluten in this recipe, so rerolling doesn't affect it :)
