Making Suneater from My Hero Academia

This is my first fully handmade cosplay project that I took on in prep for Tampa Bay Comic Con (which obviously didn't happen but thats chill) I am super proud of it and am so excited to wear it in the future! Also this video is in no way a step by step so I just documented the process so if there are any detail questions you have feel free to ask :)

I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS. what website did you follow for the cape. in another video you said you watched a tutorial on how to style the wig could you link it possibly also how did you make the pockets. im currently making a cosplay of tamaki for oct 9 and 10th

I originally followed this idea for the cape bambinogoodies.co.uk/make-your-own-super-simple-no-sew-kids-hooded-cloak/ but I modified it a lot The wig was just a basic how to make wig spikes video on KZbin, there’s a bunch of good ones, and the pockets are either fake and made of fabric glued over foam or designed like pockets on cargo shorts, google should have patterns for those👍🏻

@@silviaxgaara All the pockets I made are fake except for 1, the fake ones are just fabric glued around craft foam. The real one is made similar to the pockets on cargo pants, I looked up a pattern for those and used it as a sort of guide

How did you do the wig ;-; Did you style it yourself I cant style mine to be like Tamaki

When I bought it it was already partially styled, but I trimmed it and I spiked it with a little teasing and hairspray and set it with a blowdryer
