2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar, salt, olive oil
4-5 cups flour
3/4 cup sauce (salt, oregano)
1/4 pound of dry cheese/pizza
Fresh mozzarella to top
'Nduja optional. ;)
