This is why I love stop motion. It a hands on art that takes so much to be beautiful. Voices outstanding, it honestly is considered asmr for my family lol. Stop motion has been around for so many years. It amazing how far it come.

So they didn't use the puppets with the up and down moving dresses. They used the cg ones in the end and they just animated with puppets the boy and the girl and the old redhead lady with her man. Still good. But the beginning of the video was kinda misleading

They made 4 of the puppets with the skirts, because the two main characters interact with them. If they had another year of production they might have been able to do 20 more, but thats time and money people dont really have.

such a missed opportunities, the women puppet should have worn Ball gown not day dress, the Victorian Ballgown would be off shoulder and showing more skin and accompanied by gloves and glittering jewel/necklace/etc. imagine that, the scene would look far more lavish that way.
