10/10 mate I have Carribean heritage! The reason you put 10 cloves of garlic is that it would be stewed for quite a long time and wouldn’t be as strong after being cooked for a long time. Congratulations on your 100K award and the completion of your first series/season! For series/season two, I'm hoping, praying, and perhaps even begging for you to invest in some proper, basic baking tools... kitchen scales, actual measuring spoons (as cutlery is not standardized for measuring), and measuring cups for both dry and liquid ingredients. Cooking allows for all sorts of creativity, random amounts, and loads of experimentation with amounts and ratios and if you can combine flavors well, you almost can't go wrong. However, baking is science and requires certain ratios, aka exact measurements!! You can't get that when you hold the beaker in your hands at a tilt and try to measure a liquid. I would think every department store that carries home goods and probably most grocery stores have these basic baking tools. It will be a very small investment with potential for great rewards. If done properly (actually following recipes and measuring correctly) I really think with your charm and wonderful personalities, this could be incredibly successful and has the potential for several different streams of revenue. However, you've got to really try to cook and bake things properly! You can't achieve that with crazy measurements... or no measuring at all and just dumping the entire load of something in a bowl. Otherwise it will just be two adorable and funny people making a hot mess. But if a hot mess is all you're after, that's all fine and good for immediate gratification, but I just don't see that having much longevity. I'd really like to see this succeed and try some yummy recipes in the process! I'm keeping my fingers crossed you'll come back prepared, equipped, and better than ever!
