Making the Most Elegant Dress | Sewing + Story 🪡

Hello, everyone! You may know me from my previous channel, ‪@MoreStephanieHarford‬. It's a long story, but I needed a fresh start and worked really hard on putting my storytelling, filmmaking, and sewing all into one video to share an honest part of my journey.
My previous channel was created 12 years ago and went through a lot of changes and year long pauses. I felt dragged down by my past failures despite seeing the numbers go up on the last channel. Most of my subscribers came from my shorts and it felt like my efforts in my videos were going unnoticed. I started to think about my actual life and how I kept holding on to old things and I truly just needed a brand new start.
This dress and video represents this change in my life and I'm so happy to finally share! This is only the beginning of my dressmaking and storytelling journey and I have some more exciting projects in the works! Also, next week I'll release the behind the scenes video to show you how I went about making the dress you see me sewing in this video. Also, I'm obsessed with wedding dresses so it only made sense to go that route.
I hope you'll join my new journey here on KZbin and follow along. I will be sewing and designing many dresses and more as time goes on, as well as the many stories and music I'd love to share with you to help me inspire my pieces! My heart is truly happy when I can blend my talents and passions.

My husband said we can try it as I had never been but the spot we liked got overtaken by a ton of random people all while I was getting changed into the dress I was so bummed but we settled for a random spot off the road haha
