This video was assigned to us in social work school. I’m really impressed with it. I’ve had terrible supervision with an LMSW here in NYC who made fun of me for crying in supervision. It caused a huge problem in my school and it’s made me nervous about any supervision. I really appreciate that you’ve normalized emotions in this situation. My current supervision is going really well. If ever I’m a supervisor I will absolutely use this information! Thank you.
