Have you thought about adding a P&L board for Convergent members, including the Mavens? Could be in points, rather than $, without necessarily showing contract size. Would add credibility to the Mavens, and as you stated, give some motivation to members who are taking too much time to really push themselves.

That isn't what is being said actually. What is said is that it can be done without having a direct mentor not that it isn't helpful. Finding a legitimate trading mentor is a challenge. The opportunity cost of mentoring one-on-one is extremely high unless it is done in a true prop trading environment. We know...we've done it. So not having a mentor isn't a dealbreaker for those who are pushing to do the work. That's our point.

I didn't realize you were referring to online paid "mentors" Yes, the opportunity cost is real and it is very difficult to find a legitimate mentor and even then, there is so much to learn it's almost too big of a task for one person to teach another everything from soup to nuts.
