Lance: "Nothing I do is ever paid. I'm never asking for a dime" - This is how you recognize a person who earns money on the markets, not by talking about it or begging for views, subscriptions, training fees etc. Lance is a Boss!!! Thanks for a great interview.

One of the best pieces of content I've come across in my 2.5 years as a trader. Excellent, excellent points made by all three of you. So many gems to take from experienced, professional traders. Well done. Thank you all!

Really great conversation lads. Anthony what you said really resonated with me (around 43 mins in), "My consistency is, I'm really good at laying off when I know I'm not that good and I'll lose less. But when I'm winning, I take as much as a possibly can".

Great discussion! In my trading, consistency is found in staying in control of my positions at all times. Trading small, managing risk and being emotionally aware is how I stay in control and that gives me a chance to follow my process without making huge errors. Great great wisdom here!

I’m 2 years and 4 months into this and I’m grateful I got lucky and made money when I didn’t know what I was doing otherwise I don’t think I would still be here. I didn’t believe everyone when they said you could work 2 years and not make money, I’m glad I ignored it because I never would have started.

Bravissimo! Thanks Anthony for setting this up, I loved the interview. I am one of those (independent traders) who has struggled for a few years now with a lack of consistency. Grazie.

The last 10 minutes are on loop for me. Selling home, moving and attempting full time very soon. 50/50 paper and real time consistency but I'd be lying if I wasn't afraid of the psychology that'll come when the steady paychecks aren't there
