Having to look at him try to run Minecraft in a browser hurt. There's already a Minecraft Pi edition preinstalled on that thing.

Pi edition is pathetic. Someone on the raspberry pi forums made a tutorial on how to run Java Edition 1.16.4 on the Pi, and if you have a cooling solution you can actually overclock the Pi’s ARM chip to 2.1 ghz on the cpu and 700 mhz on the gpu, and play the game at a somewhat playable 35 fps on most survival servers.

If you get a cooling setup, like the Ice Tower Cooler for Raspberry Pi, you can overclock the arm chip to a point where you can get about 30 frames per second in Minecraft Java Edition 1.16.4 (With the Sodium renderer), which can be installed on the Pi.

There are already smaller and MUCH more powerful Mini PCs out there. Take a look at the tiny GMK Mini PC. It's only 2.44" X 2.44" X 1.65" tall. Has 8GB RAM and up to 512GB SSD.

Usually when you flash your micro SD card it allocates storage clusters poorly, after that you want to expand your filesystem to utilize all of the memory on the card. At the command prompt type "sudo raspi-config" then select the number 7 "advanced" then select A1 "Expand Filesystem." This will re-allocate all free clusters to be used for more storage to stop your mini computer from crashing because its running out of resources. Hope that helps. I just had a 32gb micro SD card that was 100% full and after I did that, it went down to 54% used storage.
