Some baking tips because I hope you'll try again: 1. Some bread makers believe that there is no such thing as too much flour. Its messy, but literally dump out a ton of flour on your surface and keep mixing and kneading it in until it wont accept any more. If at ANY point it starts to stick to your surface you need more flour. It will be fine. If it gets super dry and lumpy just keep working the dough, it will eventually hydrate itself and be perfect. HOWEVER, with such a delicate soft bread as milk bread I think leaving it a bit sticky is totally fine. 2. Honestly the only reason why your texture turned out looking a little different than the pictures is because you didn't do the layers technique and roll it together. It would have changed the texture and made it a little more structurally sound and not crumble so much when you cut it. This is also actually very important to milk bread, and because you left your dough more sticky it made this step more crucial.

When I first started baking, I used to use a ton of flour while kneading. However, I've come to find out that it makes the bread too dense and you should only use as much flour until you're able to knead it properly. A little sticky is okay, especially with delicate, soft breads, because it promises a very soft interior.

yes, there are so many lovable characters and the storyline is actually very engaging!! it starts off a little slow for the first few episodes, but once you get into the swing of things it’s addicting. there’s some very tense moments and very rewarding scenes in it, I would absolutely recommend

i think you have to do like a slap kneading technique to get it the right texture. u just kinda slam it against the counter until its will is broken (is no longer sticky)
