If you wind up in another basement, a model train set would be a fun battlefield element. Or a D&D game room, with little dice that soldiers can take cover behind! When I was a kid and I played with army men, instead of just collecting them, my parents wouldn't let me take small toys like them outside, because I'd lose them. So I couldn't build earth-works and sand castles for them to fight in. So instead, I'd build terrain out of whatever I had lying around, and sometimes arranging them on my mother's sewing/crafting mats with the grids on them, and by drawing maps on paper. Especially graph paper, because that made it easy to assign scale to things, or imagine the flat terrain as being 3d. So I guess what I'm saying is, I think it would be super cool to incorporate more commonplace objects as little bits of battle terrain. And I think it would be artistically interesting to try and "draw" 3d terrain on paper, that either forms 3d objects in a paper-craft style, or maybe it really is 2d, but functions like it's real. The army men can't get around the illusion! That could be really interesting visually. Looking forward to more maps, and more factions. And more tech, though if automatic rifles coming back, I'd limit the rate of fire to semi-auto, or maybe bursts? Army men seem to work best when they slowly pick each other off and whittle down the enemy, based on your older vids, where m16s were present. And that seems to play best with the Men of War engine and AI, in my experience with "modern" era mods.

You could make a Gold faction that has a kind of attitude that they're better than everyone else, superior to everyone else, and a Black faction that looks evil but isn't (didn't mean to sound racist there).
