Dear Judy, I am so sorry to hear that you have not had a great day either. But today is a brand new day and we can start again. I also don't feel great when I am not ticking things off my To Do list. Even if that is in my head. I feel frustrated and for me, it is wasted time. But, I think that it is my bodies way to say, take a step back and relax. Don't be too hard on yourself now. Today is a new start and I feel energised today. Let's hope I meet my own expectations. On the new kit, I am working on it. You are right there. I have just started a few days ago. Not to give too much away, it is going to be a slight variation to what I usually do and so far, I love what it looks like and I hope you will too. But, as always, there are flowers.
