For the noodle, restaurant usually use the vermicelli noodles! Try that next time! It’ll taste much better than the glass noodles you bought.☺️

That three ladies brand of rice wrap is the best for making spring rolls 😁 and for the noodles, rice noodles (dragonfly brand: Guilin rice noodles vermicelli) The ones you bought were vermicelli noodles used in fried egg rolls. But they still look delicious for your first time making them. So proud of you both.

The noodles look a little overcooked. Dont let them sit in the water for too long mext time you try it out but otherwise it looked good for your first time making them! Also try dipping the rice paper in the water instead of sprinkling the water over them it will be a lot easier for you!
