Making Whisky At The World’s Northernmost Distillery: Full Episode Coming Jan. 7th

What a way to start 2023 than to share with you my experience at the northern most distillery in the world, Aurora Spirits Distillery in Norway. My goals were to drink whiskey under the northern lights, visit this amazing distillery, and learn all about whiskey recipe development with my good friends at Spheric Spirits. Benedict and Claudio share their expertise and methods on how they approach spirits recipe development and in this episode we make a whiskey inspired by Scotch of the 1960s.

Thanks Ben, it’s a long form episode talking about whiskey recipe development. We make a Scotch 1960s using methods from the 1960s like spent brewers yeast, floor malted barley and longer fermentation times. Happy New Year and appreciate the support!
