Thank you so much for taking a look into non-sports cards. Something HUGE is currently going on right now in Star Wars as it pertains to the actress Gina Carano and her character Cara Dune from The Mandalorian. Her base cards are starting to sell for more than The Child. I am a collector of the Topps Star Wars Masterwork annual product. It is the flagship set that Topps produces annually since 2015. I knew that the 2020 Masterwork set was going to be absolutely a strong product as it was the introduction of the characters from The Mandalorian for the first time in Masterwork. One of my friends sold the base card of The Child (raw) for $58 a few weeks ago. However, recent developments between Disney and Lucasfilm have elevated actress and former MMA fighter Gina Carano into the limelight. All of her cards are ON FIRE!!! The current sets that are out may be the only chance for collectors to acquire one of her cards. That's where 2020 Masterwork is so special. The 2020 Masterwork base sets had a print run of only around 750 total sets. The non-numbered blue parallel sets had a print run of roughly 250 total sets, green - 99, purple - 50, orange - 10, black - 5, and gold 1/1. So, there are only a total of 1,165 total cards of all varieties of the base card to go around for any of the characters. So, if collectors seek out these examples, they will have to pay huge premiums for Topps premium and most limited product. Search Gina Carano/Cara Dune to see what all the hype is. I hope this is informative. Thank you again for an inclusion into the world of non-sport cards.

@@xanderveguilla5969 score is a lot rarer, but is still super niche and that market is cornered by a lot of people who were really into the card game when it was active. sealed product is hoarded and almost non-existent. with DBS they've definitely dialed back on the print runs, but for the first like 7 sets were printed into oblivion except for ToP. it'll have waves of high prices due to buyouts, but it will never get to serious prices until magic and pokemon investors dip in which doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon. it's a shame because dbs had some steam, but now it's been multiple years since they've made new episodes and it's faded back into obscurity somewhat.

Dragon ball super cards, a lot of people haven't heard of them but I'll let you guys do your own research. couple starting points, 1) tournament of power booster box- look at the growth in price over the last year, chase card being a Goku card that has seen insane value increases in the last five months. 2) Graded vs ungraded- Virtually any secret rare card(chase card for set) that is graded highly not just a 10 goes for enormous multiples of ungraded, considerably higher multiplier than pokemon. It's definitley niche at the moment, but if you put the research in it's entirely possible to create a strong portfolio or start flipping with a limited budget.

There's just no way, longterm, that demand can stay ahead of the supply of 90s marvel cards. Aside from people who are digging out their cards from their childhood, these sets were mass produced right around the time when comic/hobby shops started shutting down en mass so there's tons of sealed boxes, like literally millions of em, in storage. Cool stuff, but not worth investing in longterm. There's a never ending string of these sealed boxes hitting ebay daily with no end in sight.

Not sure that many boxes and cases survived. (Doing a basic quick search) There are less than 75 1990 Marvel Series 1 sealed boxes on ebay as I write this. Pop will go up for sure, but they are starting at rock bottom numbers. I also don't see THAT many singles on ebay comparatively to how many boxes may exist. Certainly something to watch!

Hi Vic, are you a wrestling card or collector of The Rock? I was in my younger days and still have all my Rock wrestling cards dating back to 1998. I have what I believe is a super rare card. It’s from Rock Solid: The Peoples Trading Card Series, a set released in 2000 by Comic Images and the whole set features The Rock. There were supposed to be 2 autographed cards that you could pull from packs, cards numbered A1 and A2. These cards were pulled from release because of a conflict with WWF. I actually have the A1 signed card, with full authentication on the back of the card. I have never seen another one anywhere in 21 years. I’m debating on putting it up on eBay to see what happens. What do you think I should do? Sorry for the long message.

Maybe because Star Trek production, story line, and characters are not as captivating. Don't take my opinion for a grain of salt; just compare the movie ticket sales internationally.

Hi sports card investor. Can you please add Pokémon cards to your app. I think it will be a big improvement. And more people would use it. Thank you for reading

Garbage Pail Kids have been around since 1985 with no intention or agenda of these cards ever to become valuable in a market. However, this growth has happened so organically, with the advent of new GPK’s everywhere, it’s become generational : moms and dads sharing with their kids the silly, goofy, disgusting, horrific cuddly little characters that appear to face some unfortunate tumult. Unlike some of the other non-sport cards, GPKs are infinite in terms of the concepts, variations, themes, stories, artwork, rarity, and fun. Prices have also continued to rocket on these vintage, original series cards. It would be great to see a similar analyses and interview with some of the authorities on the subject be brought in as guests. Just sayin’….

Music cards. Topps made a great Beatles set in 1964. Plus Pro Set in 1991, lots of other musician cards too.
