First of all I like your enthusiasm so we've got something to work with, When I get windows or doors I always take an 8x4 sheet 3/4 ply mark out the size on and batten it out write all your cut sizes on the board ( Easy peasy) Then if all your windows are the same size cut the whole lot it saves time. You have excelled yourself Bob, Two Vlogs in 2 days.. Your tenacity and skills are great. If you have a lot of windows to make, have you considered using a biscuit jointer as a quicker aleternative?

I don't think that would work, biscuits are for furniture & windows need tougher joints. Its a lot faster now the table saw is working properly, I can make a window panel in a few hours.

@@ChileBob Ok, there are window mfg who now use biscuit jointing on windows, granted they are much bigger biscuits, circa 10mm x 50mm x 25mm. To be fair though they are the cheaper frames. Great you sorted the saw out.
