Hi Mel. The other week I bought a Tattered Lace USB its No. 22. from Create and Craft Is there a video explaining how to resize the images please. I have managed to downsize a couple but others when I downsize seem to come apart if that makes sense and I only get a outline. I want to use them for edgings and panels on cards. The biggest card I do is a 6"x6" and the smallest 5"x5"Thanks for all your help in advance. Hugs xxx Wendy

Waveney Jones-SpencerHi Mel, after years of contemplating and finally having the funds, I purchased the CM900 and I love it. However, I also have a silhouette cameo and I love some of the patterns on there. I photocopied some files and transferred onto a usb, I then tried cutting them on my scan n cut but have double cut lines in places. I have watched tutorials but I still don't seem to be able to remove the double lines, is there a way to do it? or is it not possible? could you please advise.thank you very much.

I know how to emboss, and foil, but is there an easy way to do both so that the embossed area (text) is foiled?

Just started using mine and I was wondering if I scan a die then took the die off would the scanncut cut it out ?

Hi Mel could you please please advise/help me!My CM600 seems to be developing a problem, so after watching you on create and craft demonstrating the latest deal with the special shaped cards I decided to upgrade!but I bought the embossing kit and activated it on my CM600, (which I think is going faulty) can I transfer this activation onto my CM900 I don't really want to purchase another as I haven't even used the embossing kit yet!Or is it possible to just get another activation code kind regards Carol

I use Crafters Companion Temporary Spray as I have got the same problem

Sarah Short I have seen a woman baby wipe the mat and the. When it is dry uses the blue liquid glue that dries clear on her mat... but I would say get a box and spray your items in there not next to your machine and stick it on the mat.. good luck I am still waiting to get mine to work properly!!

This plotter was the worst waste of money ever. You can't upload any images just scan them from existing ones. This would be OK if the scanner was able to recognise them properly. I scanned a 6cmx6cm logo for tshirts and it cut it completely wrong. Doesn't keep sharp edges on letters. You also can't downsize a larger picture. Complete joke
