Just to comment on something you said at the tail end where you admit to journaling and using notebook.... I see it as you doing the same thing that Marcus Aurelius was doing when he wrote what would become Meditations. So while that introspective writing is applicable to only you now, perhaps that internal dialogue will re-emerge later on after you no longer walk the earth.
