I see that you check the tiles. In the long run their tiles is not durable. Check also the tiles in the bathroom to see to it that water is not stagnant on the floor and water is flowing directly into the drain. After a few months our living room flooring was fitted with pvc flanks. Congrats and happy decorating your new condo.

Congrats Mike and Nelly! I like the design on your balcony where the opening is on the middle. Ours at the other cluster is different. Do check check everything, the paint, sliding door, cabinet, mirror, counter top, even the edge of your counter top, test all the appliances. The card and the keychain card is needed also at the elevator. The interior and the appliances of the condo have a warranty for a year. So better check first what will happen if your repaint.

I live in the US and I watched a lot of you guys vlog. We owned two condo from Megaworld. Just want to share our bad experiences with this developer. We just moved into our The Florence condo 2 years ago and we already have a lot of issues to it. Tiles grout are coming off after a month that we move in. AC issues every month because of the drain problem the way it was installed. Our living room wall is already damage where they mounted the indoor unit, and many more. Just want to share our experiences so you guys can thoroughly inspect it before you move-in. Just a concern. Good Luck.
