You can do floor laminates like Pergo so you can have that "wood floor" warm feeling and it's actually easy to install. Done in a day by suppliers.

Your new condo is so absolutely gorgeous and spacious and we can't wait for it to be fully furnished and refurbished a little... loved the kitchen most of all.. its accessibility to your living and dining areas and whenever you have guests around. . others who live in condos and want a feel of a garden, maybe you can install synthetic grass on the balcony floors with Nelly's plants all around there with some garden tea or breakfast sets. Your new chapters in life are getting to be more interesting and significant esp after your marriage where you may need more adjustments every now & then as you really settle into family life, traveling..and more vlogging...

Mike looks so vibrant, more healthier looking, younger looking ever since he got that "Yesh!" on their proposal vid. Nelly is also Beau. A little tip guys, make sure to leave enough spacing for the A/C condenser unit so it does not choke the fan motor so it will not use to much amperage. This way it will last longer and more efficient as it gives the fan blades less resistance to rotates. If you guys already knew that, my bad.

I had an ugly air conditioner like that, outside your bedroom. I had someone covered it with a box wooden and painted it white, but make sure it has holes on the side facing the railing so the aircon can breathe. Then I put few big plants that can take lots of sunshine .... it really looks good ...

I LOVE the new place!! I know they had to take up some of those balconies with the AC units which is a shame but maybe the living room one has enough room for a couple chairs, and the other one with an outdoor chaise. I wonder if you could put posts beyond the AC units and then hang a hammock lol otherwise, yes plants :)

Wish all newly-developed master bathrooms have space at least for a bathtub. They were generous in other areas but not the bathrooms huhu. Love the living room/kitchen/dining room space!

Being on a lower floor means not only connecting with the tree and street scape but it suffers far less from heat soak than a higher floor. I had a two bedroom on the 35th floor of the Gramercy and my AC ran pretty much 24-7. Is mike planning any home automation?

Love the kitchen.... I agree with you always consider the kitchen work triangle 📐 the sink, the stove/range and the fridge for better flow in cooking/working in the kitchen. It's just me or your just so tall Mike that the range hood is kinda lower 🤔🤔hehehe
