Thank you. This has been very helpful. Raspberry Pi setup will be very interesting especially if it could run on a Zero.

Thanks for the comment. Yes, this can be easily run on a Raspberry Pi but will still need the Arduino to interface with the battery. It can be run on the Raspberry Pi just like any other Python application. It might be possible to do the protocol conversion (what the Arduino Uno does) on the Raspberry Pi directly but will require some programming (if it can handle the interface timing). Then again, a very small Arduino based MCU can be used too, I have plans to try something like an Adafruit Trinket M0 soon, they are quite small.

Sound like a flipper zero would be able to do this just as easy 🤔😉💯🫡👌✌️

Thanks for the comment. You know what, that is a great idea, it certainly has the processing speed required, but will require quite a bit of software development to interpret the OneWire protocol. That sounds like a cool project.

@allans-workshop I'm pertty sure iv seen the one wire protocol in on of the🐬 flipper apps that is recently add I'm sure if it's on get hub some ones already done the programming. You would be able to flash and dump and should be Able to use the gpio pins. When you where talking about how the process works it sounded almost perfect to be able to use it sense it already has most of the functions already built in I'm sure just call me coco got something if not exactl most likely at least close to it. It will be completely free from any computer complications or viruses .💯🤔👌✌️🐬💯💪
