Can this charger be used for charging Ni-Mh batteries?

I would not think so Balázs, The Makita battery pack it charges contain's Lithium ion cells. So you would be better finding a charger designed for Ni-Mh

What output voltage do you get on the pins inside the charger? I get 17V DC and it's only supposed to be for 7.2 to 9.6v batteries. I ask this because I out in a 9.6v battery and after about 10 seconds it clicks off and does nothing so wonder if its over volting
