Makita HP331D Motor Swap - Did it work?

10:05 Pour ceux qui galères avec la petite lamelle en fer noir. Elle se place comme dans la vidéo ici, sur le moulage où vous avez surement laisser la gâchette. Cette lamelle se pose dans la goulotte à droite du trou de la vis (entre la vis et la LED). Sa boursouflure sur le haut. C'est l’extrémité sans les petits acro qui entre en premier. Elle dépasse pas de la coque bleu, dans cette position alors le sélecteur sur l'embrayage doit être sur Marteau.. car oui, c'est la languette qui vous assure que le sélecteur "Marteau/Visseuse/Perceuse" est bien positionné. ____ Il y a aussi le souci du selecteur de vitesse (le truc pardessus l'appareil. il entre dans le téton audessus du plastique du moteur. Avant de le connecter au moteur, vous devez remetre les deux ressorts dans chacun leur trou. ____ Verrifiez que le gros téton de plastique blanc, du dessus du bloc embrayage,, soit dans l'alignement (au centre) pour qu'il puisse entrer dans le trou fait pour de la coque quand vous refermerez. Pareil pour le téton un peu plus loins en forme de H... SI les deux sont pas bien alignés, c'est que vous avez mal entrer la bague blanche du moteur dans l'embrayage devant lui.

Glad to have helped, I've had a chance to use the drill with the new motor, feels the same with the same amount of power. Still sparks a bit but it might be the brushes bedding in

Is it possible to swap in a BL motor impact to a non BL impact? dtd129 motor into a dtd146 shell

No, plus there are some electronics that would need to go in too

You would have to swap out the shell as well minimum, feels like a waste of time

Any chance you know how to reattach the speed change lever on top? Mine came off and can't find anywhere showing how to replace.

It's quite simple, it has two springs pushing from either direction which holds it in place and the case does the rest. I think the diagrams for the unit show it best

Bonjour Daniel. The gear selector 1 or 2 = it consists of three moving parts: Two small springs must be placed in the selector. They entered into compression. Then, just enter the right, it forms an upside down L. It is on top of the clutch. To enter it between the two resorts, the resorts in compression form a hole between the two. You enter the top of the L in the resort on the back side, putting a little angle between the two, and finished.
