Love Makita and it’s good to see expanding into OPE. I’ve had them all, (Milwaukee, Dewalt, FES, Hilti, Bosch) and Makita is my absolute go to and what I’ve been with after trying the rest. No tool company competes in terms of balance and durability in my option.

My father runs makita and loves them. I know they are expensive tools, but they are a great quality and have plenty of power. It's that tough balance of cost vs. benefit. It's a lot to invest almost $1000s on a blower/battery setup like the ones shown here.

It pays for itself quick not just in Gas savings but also engine maintenance time set it and forget it.

We recently got the 40v auger and Makita 8" bit. Its awesome and digs 2ft deep post holes in as little as 11 seconds!

I have the Makita XGT 40V Max lawn mower, powerhead with line trimmer/extension/articulating hedge trimmer and handheld blower. The mower has been great. Surprised they didn't show the XGT mower to you. It's the mower at the top next to the scarifier at 7:00 mark. In Australia we get the 4x swing back blades by default.

Nothing like you're too stroke weed wackers. Those were the best in the lightest weed. Wackers, I've ever used. It's a shame you do not make them anymor everybody's going to batteries batteries blow up when it's hot out

Their mm4 platform was amazing as well. Just to let you know you can still find their mm4 trimmers and backpack blowers online. Their hand blower is gone. Grab them before they are all gone my friend you won't be disappointed.

5:50 no one wants to run 105 line most people run 095 you should stick with that or even put in 080 that’s what I run it puts less strain on the motor lets me run with less throttle so longer run time you can also fit way more line into the head and it’s cheaper over all

95 years in gas development huh? Then where are my Dolmars Makita?
@shortyorc1219 ай бұрын
Right. Makita had one of the best rated hand blower and they discontinued it😂. I have used that mm4 blower commercially over 4 years now and start 1st pull everytime. Their mm4 trimmers are also amazing. I can't wrap my head around this electric bs. I don't think I even used enough gas in my trimmer and blower to cover one xgt 4ah battery. In the past 4 years commercially.

I purchased a small, lightweight 17" Makita battery powered mower for my little 2k lawn. Its turned out to be a made in China POS that didn't even last 2 years. The rear wheels literally fell off when the axle snapped. Worst $500 I ever spent.

Makita why?? The mm4 was one of the best commerical outdoor platforms and you discontinued it. Those who actually do commercial land scaping you can still find their mm4 trimmers and backpack blowers. Get them before they are gone. The mm4 hand blower is gone over can never buy them again.😢

I think it's time to get away from Makita products and join Milwaukee, I ain't no fucking gardener! Marita has to get a new CEO because this one is a gardener and is ruining the Makita Brand Name
