NOTE:: I forgot to add in there that from the factory there was a little plastic "plug" in the screw holes that I had to remove with a small screwdriver digging Them Out

Is it possible to fit a louder speaker or anything? Find mine a bit disappointing

Hi. Enjoyed the video, but what caught my eye was the portable soldering iron. Can you tell me how you converted an 18V Makita battery into a soldering iron. Thanks.

john hoang the soldering iron is a "ts100" i got from amazon. As for The makita battery, I have 2 setups. 1 is from a broken angle grinder that I took the head and guts out to put a voltage regulator inside with a plug on top. And the second one is the dual USB charger they sell for the makita batteries. I took the case apart, and removed one of the USB ports to put a power jack there which puts out 18volts.

How you adjust the bass and treble? I swear I used to be able to do that. Now I can’t figure it out. Help
@Hammerjockeyrepair3 жыл бұрын
I don’t think there ever was an option to adjust bass and treble besides opening or closing the battery cover and changing where in the room it is. If it’s low to the floor against a wall it will be very bassy and when you bring it up to table height or higher and away from the wall, it will lose some bass.

What a dumb idea. Sorry. Nothing wrong with Dremels mate, they hold the bits unless you buy cheap imitations (too narrow) and they don't burn out unless you abuse them.

What’s a dumb idea? The fact that my small makita radio can now play on good sounding speakers and actually jams out in my shop still to this day? After going through many of them being junk, I said I’d do a test where I don’t abuse it, so I bought a brand new Dremel, opened the box and let it run unloaded for 30 seconds and it vibrated itself enough where it stopped working 🤣 theyre infact a toy. Why do you think they’re for “hobbyists”. www.yellowbullet.com/threads/when-did-dremel-tools-start-to-become-junk.798946/
