@@TravelingSoloLogs we heard they close the doors by 10 in the morning for jummah prayer so we got to the mosque by 9.30. We managed to get in, floor 1 on the carpet but had 2 hours to use up. Luckily we weren't waiting on the marble floor in the blazing sun. And most of the roof is closed for renovation so you can't go to the front and see the Kabah. It just seems there's too many people and a lack of space to accommodate everyone. So why give out so many visas, then?
