thats not a real fight just a leg fencing,taekwondo is dying if they continue like this,only aaron cook still fight n spar like the old school taekwondo,speed aggressive n intent to KO opponent,nowadays is just a shame,i'd stay with the old school style of fighting,,

such a dangerous sport dont be fooled kids they tried to kill me often and there fans where horrendous was one of the nastiest martial arts i ever did no health and safety in 1987 0nwards i had to stop was getting so dangerous to fight in the ring every opponent tried to kill me till i left
